This service is made on the basis these conditions
must apply to the exclusion of any conditions. Any variation or
alteration must be agreed in writing between us. |

These conditions will become binding upon acceptance
of your order. |

Our quotation may be varied or withdrawn at any
time up to delivery. |

We reserve copyright in all documents, drawings
and specifications produced by us or on our behalf in connection
with the service, unless otherwise specified or agreed. |

Payment must be made within fourteen days from the
date of invoice. Interest is chargeable at the rate of 5% per
month on the amount outstanding after the due date until receipt.
In the event payment is not made by the due date we reserve the
right to suspend or cancel undelivered services and to take proceedings
for recovery. You are not entitled to any retention out of the
amount due to us. If you make a payment by cheque, draft or other
negotiable instrument which is not honoured in full, you agree
to pay us the dishonoured amount, together with any bank dishonour
fee and, in addition, our reasonable accounting and collection
costs and legal fees, as permitted by law. |

Any dispute or difference between us, which cannot be settled
between us by negotiation, must be referred to any arbitrator
mutually agreed and failing agreement to the Australian Commercial
Disputes Centre whose decision in all respect shall be final
and binding.
